Dr. Morill's research is focused on the pathogenesis and epidemiology of Rift Valley fever virus (RVFV). He is currently working on the charaterization and further development of a mutagen-attenuated Rift Vally fever virus vaccine for human use and the development and testing of several RVFV vaccine candidates for use in livestock. In addition, he is establishing a GLP-compliant laboratory.
