Congratulations Dr. Maureen Laroche on her NoA for USDA NACA 58-3022-3-032 entitled “MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry as an Additional Tool for Vector-borne Disease Surveillance.” During the funding period, Dr. Laroche will develop MALDI-TOF MS databases for the identification of arthropods of medical and veterinary interest. Additional databases will be created to facilitate the surveillance of vector-borne pathogens.
