We are thrilled that 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐲, 𝐏𝐡𝐃, Professor and Chair of the Department of Microbiology & Immunology in the UTMB John Sealy School of Medicine, has been selected as a 2025-26 Fellow of the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) Program at Drexel University College of Medicine.

The ELAM Program is a year-long, part-time fellowship for faculty in schools of medicine, dentistry, public health and pharmacy, dedicated to developing the professional and personal skills required to lead and manage in today's complex health care environment. More than 1,600 ELAM alumni hold leadership positions in institutions around the world.
